I love the fabric, the colours and the look of these, but they'd be so much better if the waistband wasn't trying to squeeze my insides out. I don't have an especially big waist in proportion to my hips, and I've never had this problem with any other pants, or clothes for that matter (more often it's the hips that are too tight on me). I have stomach issues, and on days when it's bad I just can't wear these pants - they put far too much pressure on that area and make it much worse. On days when my stomach is fine, I can wear them, but they'd still be more comfortable if the waistband had more give. It's a shame--I want to love them. Everything else is spot on besides this one strange design choice

I took a chance on these after seeing a positive review from mygreencloset blogger. Unfortunately, these did not work for me. I bought 2 sizes (1x, 2x, 3x) because in online shopping you never know what you're gonna get. All 3 sizes have the same issue -- the elastic band digs in very painfully, even if they are lose elsewhere or fit elsewhere. Unbearable. I cannot wear these for more than 10-15 minutes. Big waist of money for me. And I have a 10 in waist to hip ratio, so the bands usually aren't so bad on me. Wish I could refund. I found one review with a similar issue to me, so just know your mileage may vary.
